From the New York Thruway

1. As you approach New York City, The New York Thruway will become the Major Deegan Expressway.
2. Stay on the Major Deegan following signs for the Triboro Bridge.
3. Take the Triboro Bridge to Manhattan.
4. Make a right just before the toll plaza onto the FDR.
5. Take the FDR Drive South to Exit 10
6. Make a right on 49th Street and proceed to 5th Avenue where you will turn left.
7. Proceed 6 blocks to 43th Street where you will turn right. The facility is located between 6th and 5th AVENUE with an entrance at 25 W 43rd ST on the 5th Floor.  
8. If parking, after turning at 5th AVENUE, go 200 yards past the facility entrance and turn right into the Hippodromse parking lot.
